1999 accord hesitation problem
On my 1999 accrord vtec v6 at approx 2900rpm the engine begins a continual "stuttering"/surging hesitation as soon as it shifts gears the RPMs drop the stuttering quits. This occurs while driving and in Park. At any rate it will not rev over 3000 rpm. Any ideas???

Got it to a mechanic turns out it had a bad crankshaft position sensor. Problem solved
