Icon2 Front Suspension

So I have a terrible noise coming from my front right tire. It's like a wine when you turn the wheel and almost like a bouncy spring sound when you go over bumps. I jacked up my car and noticed my strut is leaking oil. Ive searched about this but can"t come up with an answer. Would a strut cause this much noise?
Also, both my upper and lower ball joints, CV boots, and outer tie rods have been replaced with only seven thousand miles put on since the work was done. If any one can give me some incite to my problem it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That leaking shock is telling you that it's blown and it needs to be replaced. Think about it. Is it normal for a shock to leak?

Replace the strut. Check the mounting bolts for tightness and confirm your bushings arent torn or shot.
