Default Which ACT clutch kit for h23a vtec?

Hey so I finally have enough money to upgrade my clutch so I need some advice on which one to get.
I already decided on getting an ACT clutch, and will also be getting their streetlite 12.8 lbs flywheel. My question is, should I get the HA3-SPSS or HA3-HDSS? The 2 are basically the same, except the SPSS has a sport pressure plate and the HDSS has a heavy duty pressure plate. I don't mind if the clutch feels a little heavier than stock, as long as it doesn't make daily driving terrible. I'm leaning a little more towards the HDSS, but would really appreciate anybody's experince or opinions on these two.
The car it's going in is a 99 Accord with an h23a swap. I'm not trying to go all out with this car, just keeping it all motor and simple with full bolt ons and Eibach springs. Maybe also a cam and valvetrain upgrade, but not very likely yet, if that matters.
