Default 94 Civic Hatch B18C

SOLD!!!

I am selling this car that I have owned for about 10 years or so. For the past few years it's been my work car and now with a wife and a kid I would like to be able to use my work car for more than just driving to work, so I am selling this to try to get into an AWD automatic 4 door car so she could also drive it if needed and my son could ride in it as well.

As the title says it's a 94 hatch (clean title) with a B18C swap, body has 222K on it and engine has about 120k on it, B16 open diff transmission not sure of the miles on the tranny, I feel certain it has less miles than the engine does. I always use Mobil 1 10w30 and religiously changed at 3k miles and never ran any other fuel than 93 oct.

Engine:
B18C swap
Hasport mounts
Zex dry kit with 55-75 hp jets (it's been years since it has been used but I assume it's in working condition) Also will throw in a BNIB NOS brand bottle heater
Tanabe 2.5" cat-back, 2.5" high flow cat
Hasport mounts
No name air intake with K&N filter
No name header
Mishimoto radiator and fan

Transmission:
B16 open diff
Exedy light weight flywheel
RPS turbo clutch

Suspension:
Skunk2 coilovers
Koni Yellow shocks
Omni Adj front camber kit
GSR rear disc swap with Type R master cyl
15" Rota slipstreams with 205's

Interior:
Autometer tach, OP, WT gauges in autometer dash pod
Near mint SI seats
Cell phone pics don't show well but the interior is in real good shape with the black interior package.

The Bad:
As you can see in the pics it does have some honda cancer, the body has multiple dents and most were there when I bought the car from a girl in Pittsburgh. The front damage is from me though when I hit a patch of ice on the way to work about three years ago and went into a ditch. The paint is not good and clear is peeling on the hood. Overall out of ten I would rate the body/paint somewhere around a 3 or 4. It needs painted and it needs bodywork if you want to make it into something nice, or if your in the position I used to be in and you just want a cheap, fun little DD or work car then your golden. It also needs a timing belt tensioner which will come with the car. It also needs a passenger rear trailing arm bushing which also comes with the car. The gas tank has a small hole in the very top from a misguided drill bit but it does not majorly effect the car and has been that way for 5 years or more if you fill it to the very top you may lose a pint or so of fuel. The windshield has a small crack about where the rear view is mounted (see pics). The rear hatch glass is not latching, but I'd say it just needs adjusted. The idle air control valve needs cleaned out (rough idle). I work 55- 60 hrs a week and drive about an hour each way to work so these little things I have not had time fix with a newborn in the house, but I will fix the idle air control valve and rear hatch glass for the buyer.

This has been a great little car and I'm kind of reluctant to sell cause it has paid for itself time and time again in fuel savings(gets 31mpg over mountains and twisting roads) over driving my truck to work, but the time has come to get a bigger car that has more than one use. I also have a street/drag EG hatch that I recently finished and I have quite a few parts I may throw in that I don't need or will never use. This car also comes with 4 steelies and tires as well.

Seems like a good deal. If you were closer to IL I would take it off your hands.
