* SOLD * 1999 B18C Swapped Civic 4 Door
**SOLD**
1999 Honda Civic LX Sedan
166k Miles on the Body believe the B18C Engine/Y80 Transmission to have ~45K miles on them.
I bought the car already with the GSR motor/transmission swap in it, in 2015 with 155k miles on the clock. All electronics and creature comforts work in this car despite it being a swapped engine, HVAC works, heat and AC, and cruise control, items that are normally missing because it's just easier to leave them out. I use this as a daily so I needed those items. Clean title, have the carfax from when I bought it if interested.
Mod list:
Car made 153 hp and 102 ft-lb torque to the wheels on Pure-Tuning's dyno, have the dyno sheet if interested.
B18C Engine/Y80 Transmission, at the time of purchase engine/trans combo was claimed to have ~35k miles on them with new clutch installed
Injen short ram intake
PLM header into ebay exhaust with welded in RSX-S muffler, super quiet and comfortable, I'm not a fan of loud raspy exhausts
O2 sensor wired into wiring harness to unmodified P72 ECU so OBD2 works! Engine codes can be read if there are any issues, this was a must have for me to help keep better track of the car.
Lowered on eibach springs, also has eibach front sway bar
2003 Civic SI wheels 15x6 with 195/60R15 Michelin Premier A/S, installed November 2017 so very new and these perform great, so much grip whether it's in the dry or in the rain.
Most of the interior panels are painted a darker black with only a few pieces that don't match yet, being my daily I never had the time to get around to it, things like the dashboard and items connected to it. Door panels have custom inserts that are subtle, just a light grey as you can see in the photos
Other items I've replaced/fixed:
Rear lower control arms, Idle air control valve, Vehicle speed sensor, Air intake, Header and exhaust, Front brake pads, Spark plugs, misc. bolts and brackets that were rusty in the engine bay
Carfax available in paper or .pdf copy and I also have lots and lots of paperwork and receipts that document everything all the way back to GSR engine purchase.
Cons:
IAB's (intake air bypass) is inoperable because I never got around to wiring it to the ECU or plumbing the vacuum lines. The IAB works by opening up at a certain RPM to give the intake a short route at higher RPM's, I just leave the vacuum line off which keeps the IAB open but can be put back on if you prefer it with the IAB closed. The Dyno sheet done shows power with it open versus with it closed.
$4000 OBO for the car with no extras
Extras that can be included for the right price:
$200 Rear disk brake setup, planned to install but again couldn't find the time
$300 Front Big brake kit, uses Civic SI upright spindle with S2000 rotors and calipers, never got around to installing
$700 16x7 Rota Slipstreams with 205/50R16 both wheels and tires are very new with very low mileage, no curb rash these wheels are in great shape.
If any of these items are bought with the car we can work on the pricing
I have put a lot of care into this car and I wish I could keep it to see it come to be what I wanted but I don't have the time or space, too busy working on my house.
Will get better photos of the car in a couple days, currently doing a full detail on it.

Re: 1999 B18C Swapped Civic 4 Door only $4k!
I'm always available to PM
Edit: forgot location, Northwest Ohio
Thanks! In a few years once I've moved and have the space, time and extra vehicles to not daily drive it I will probably regret selling it but that's life sometimes.

Re: 1999 B18C Swapped Civic 4 Door only $4k!
Very nice vehicle. A few follow on questions:
- what has been painted in the interior?
- are those leather seats/
- will the vehicle pass both a safety and emissions inspection?
Thanks.

Yes they are original seats redone with professionally installed leather covers
Safety inspection i don't see why it wouldn't, emissions probably not since it has a test pipe but will include the catalytic converter i took off of it
