Default 95 accord EX engine swap questions

Hi all

I'm in the process of purchasing an used engine longblock (possibly trans also) from Hmotors and have one question.

First off, my car is a 95 accord EX auto with a F22b1 (272k miles).

I've done motor swaps before but this will be my first time on an automatic and do have access to a hoist.

1. Is it possible to hoist a complete swap out of the car without separating the auto trans and engine? Keep in mind I do not want to remove any AC lines.

Your help is much appreciated.

Its going to be difficult, the auto trannys are big and bulky, not exactly the most fun to get out. But its possible.

Yes you can. The ac lines and power steering lines will be completely clear when you hoist the engine and transmission together out of the car.

Okay, that will save me some time. I guess we'll see when I make that purchase.

Anyone else? Feel free to chime in
