Default she keeps dying after a bit pls help

Hey HT, so the last few weeks it's been raining/snowing on and off here in Toronto, and just the last few days the GF's had to use our winter truck.. I haven't driven my car in the snow obviously, but I've driver it a few times while the ground has been wet - no slush though.

My problem is, the car starts to die with hesitation and then completely slugs along after about 20mins of driving. I shut the car off for 20-30mins and continue to drive because she gets some life back..

Now I'm thinking it's the plug's have been flooded from it being lowered and the water/rain on the floor?

I've picked up some NGK plugs and wires but have yet to install because I woke up this morning, and she ran fine.. for about 20mins then back to hesitation.

Has this happened to anyone? Is it flooded plugs?

Sounds like the distributor is the culprit.
