seats acura/honda slide forward
Is there a acura/honda seat that I can bolt in my 93 hatch that slides forward to let the rear passenger out? I have see several FAQ on which seats will bolt into my car but I did not see any reference to the seats sliding forward to help with getting in/out of the car.
With my two middle school kids and their friends etc.. I am letting somebody out of the back seat at least 20+ times a week.

I should be able to buy any seats from integra hatch and they will slide forward.
Thanks for the info.
Since my car is a 1993 DX hatch is that why mine do not slide forward or do think maybe my seats came out of a four door honda?

Sorry I guess I did not explain myself correctly. Both seats can fold over in one step, then you can reach down to the front of the seat grab the lever and then slide it to the front.
What I am looking and what I have seen in a lot of cars is one button the person
in the back pushes. They push the one button the seat folds in the front and slides all in one movement. After the person gets out the seat remembers it position.
I find it odd my 1993 hatch does not have this feature. The person I bought the car modified it a lot. I wonder if he put four door seats in it at one time. dunno.

When you flip the seat back to move forward, it should move the whole seat.
Thats what i recall my old Ex coupe doing.
FYI if you have middle schoolers you should be driving a more nicer car like an Acura TL.
Thats an older daddy car not a civic.

I wrote a whole DIY on this. Did you search? https://honda-tech.com/forums/showthread.php?p=40172366
Search, yes. I went to the big faq in this forum that then takes you to the other website I read that faq.
Thanks for the link. I will go through it now.

I might have to. I just tried rockauto & worldpak and they did list seat rails.
I will call the dealer later today and see if I can just buy seat reals for for 1995 civic si. I would like to upgrade my seats if possible though. I have a WTB ad placed in the market place.

Buy new?? Yikes, that is an expensive option. A little bit of patience will net you some major savings in the wallet. Cost at j-yard: Under $20. Cost new: >$120. Oh, and not available anymore.
I have this on my 96 dx hatch. You should be able to use on from this year too if you only use the actual reclining part and wire and not taking the rail. and junkyard fine you only need a metal part that you can clean. I'd look in any 92-00 civic coupe/hatch and 94-00 Integra hatch.
you might be able to find a cheap set of seats on craigs with this option but that would probably be harder to find than in a junkyard.

Can be had fairly cheap online (or check a junkyard-found the ones in my Civic for $75 for the PAIR. A little fabric shampoo and they were ready to go!)
