Well the insurance has finally paid him and he is going to buy it back. I believe he's going to turn it into a race car, but I don't know if it's gonna be road or drag, he didn't say. Well anyway, he is thinking of getting some work done by PYR-Racing

What about them? I know Peter and Sop from a while back. Sorry about your friend's loss. There is no base for you to think that someone with a gsr/ls has your wing. There are tons of people floating around with the R wing in Houston. (I myself being 1 of them). People will always steal cars and motors for personal use or illegal sales. I dont want you to think that just because you see someone have an R wing its automatically considered stolen.

Where did you get the idea that I suspected someone having an R wing on a GSR/Ls as the person having my cousin's wing? I never said anything about a wing and never mentioned the idea of someone else having his parts The only thing I wanted to know is people's past experiences with PYR. Thanks for your comment about PYR and for wasting my time about your idea regarding the wing.

I think you need to go back and edit your original post. The linking messes with the text that in between. How much did he buy back the ITR for? I myself have never had any experiences with PYR.

Yeah insurance paid him around 16,500 (very low if you ask me, but that's small town TX for ya and imports) and he bought back his car for around 2,500. There wasn't much left on the car when he bought it, but no dents or scratches (theivery was done by pros it seems). Now he's in the process of building it back up.

As far as PYR, I have dealt with them for the past 3 years. They are cool people.
They never screwed me over and are willing to help out when in time of need.
