My battery was doing fine until i put it away for 2/3 weeks and i pulled it back out to work on about 2 weeks ago, and now everytime i go to start it the battery is close to dead or dead and then i have to jump it? this has happened a good 5/6 times now and i can't figure out why the battery keeps draining so fast?. The battery is relatively new (year/year and a half old) and it never did this until now? what could this be? any suggestions would help! thanks.

 

What brand is the battery. I have had the cheapo Walmart ones fail in as little as 3 months. I stick to the duralast 2 year red or 3 year gold batteries.
