Default IACV insight

im in the middle of my project of swapping a f23a1 I.M onto a f22b1, and im taking my sweet time learning all the ways i could run it. ive decided to not run my FITV and EGR, but the f23 (3-wire) i was hoping to make my own block off plate and not run my IACV. Ive done research and know that not running the IACV causes some hondas to have idle issues, and warm up intervals are extended but i was wondering if any fellow accord owners are running without a IACV and how its been for them. I skimmed over a thread and saw someone mention that they werent running a IACV and instead they adjusted their idle setting on their aftermarket throttle body to compensate for not having one, would that be a possible solution?

i guess the main question overall would be, is it possible to run without a IACV ona stock obd1 ecu and if so what little problems occur if you do? id do this myself but my accord is enginless currently since tax returns are comming!

thanks in advance

The IACV is basically the only one we do need, especially on a stock manifold. I would keep it.
