I have a 1999 honda civic When i start the vehicle and try to move the back driver side wheel does not move it kinda feels like a brake is being applied to it. I know its this wheel by when im driving up i can clearly see a skid mark on the snow. When i reverse it drives fine but as soon as i drive forward it stops and i gotta get pushed out. There are odd times when i can hear some screetching from this wheel as well. Im not sure if the drum is just rusted or if a hose is broken and just frozen by the weather here. After driving a bit this wheel unlocks and it does not lock up. Its just after first moving the vehicle that this happens.
If anyone can help me itd be greatly appreciated.
