Welcome bro! Everybody has to start somewhere.

That should cover most of it. Well I would assume your engine is all stock internally. I would run 8-20 psi but not push it much past that. You will need bigger injectors and a obd-1 ecu. Probably other little stuff too. Just use google u will find ALOT of this stuff already out there. Hope this helps you somewhat.

read those links. then read them again. when you think you've read them enough, read them a few more times.

your first mistake was buying a turbo kit when you know absolutely nothing about boosting. your second mistake was buying a piece of **** ebay turbo kit.

never listen to anyone that uses psi as a benchmark for what an engine will handle

20psi on a stock D-series? CFM is different on many turbo sizes....among many other differences-->http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbob..._tech_advanced

cant be mad tho. everyone was a noob sometime. and those who had to work hard for information. well it wasnt because you chose the difficult path of knowledge. its because you guys made all the information available.to us. except now its WAAAAY TOO MUCH INFO and from many untrusted sources.
our grandparents had to walk to work 5 miles in freezing cold. should we do the same instead of jumpin into our nice and warmed up car and driving?

do a test and have one of your noob friends try to learn how to build or tune an engine properly from the internet...and then compare to what you know. you will be surprised how much junk he will bring to the table.
