h23 or h22 head

so im building another engine for my accord and im trying to decide which head to go with but i dont know much about either so any help would be great

putting the head on a f22a6 block

Port and polish your A6 head, get a good aftermarket cam and it will flow just as well, if not better, than a stock H series head.
