i could go on with the horrible reviews of quality and customer service. if you feel like cheaping out and putting your safety on the line then by all means, knock yourself out. not like you care about that anyway considering your "stancing" project.

The saying "You get what you pay for" directly applies to cars especially regarding aftermarket parts.

How is that place still in business after all of the past threads? Maybe I should get into the suspension business too.

^ exactly. Then he'll post immediately after installing... saying how people are haters, and that these are "good" coilovers. Then 3 months later start another thread about how these coilovers failed.

They look good to you? That's awesome. I didn't know people were able to see inside the damper.

Save a little more and get something with a better reputation. Don't' forget to read the sticky about which coilovers to get posted by one of the moderators here. It's written for users with your type of inquiries.

These are only a little better than raceland, since Raceland is cheaper you should go with them.

I believe regardless of a "stance" project (which I find retarded) or a functional build, you should not buy shitty parts that can affect safety or lack quality control. Blackworks is ****. Look into Koni/GC, AMR, Progress, PIC, Eibach, etc, actual reputable companies that have quality control, who have proven/tried-and-true parts, and stand behind their products. If OP isn't willing to buy quality parts, OP needs to save for quality parts or should find a different hobby imho

Lmfao- this is exactly why its rare to find a civic/integra that's not a hack job ebay junker! Punk *** kids wanna look "stanced" or have a "swap" that's got nothing but garbage for bolt ons and runs tow hooks(that get used), Vato Zone taillights, etc... been there done that. Cheap almost always is crap.

Ignoring the op's posts, every statement in here couldn't be more on point.

If it's just some shitty stanced project then shitty coilovers should be perfect. Hell why not go for the no-name ebay ones to save some more coin? They'll go great with the knock-off wheels that will undoubtedly end up on this winner.

Because that is still supporting knock off companies, not the ones that spend huge money on R&D, testing, quality control, etc, etc. Just my $.02

Indeed, it's difficult to convey tone through text, but I tried my best. That was intended to be very sarcastic.

Blackworks, K-sport, D2, F&F = all the same taiwanese crap.

if you want quality look into something else. some more of the reputable companies were already named.

You should ask for comments from people that actually have experience with the suspension or try search for reviews from people with actual experience. These threads come up very often and people have just been programmed to say "oh blackworks is junk" etc. because they read that all the time but they have probably never used it themselves

do some research of you own. coilovers breaking in a way that can lead to a serious accident and company reps outright lying...would you really trust that?
