Is there any tutorial about how to install a engine block heater?

 

I think I remember seeing one on driveaccord.net, what year is your car?

 

It is much more easy to install a hose mounted heater, some install in the heater hoses and some models go into the lower radiator hose.

Both types need a small amount hose removed to make room for the heater, they work just ad good as a block mounted heater and are not as difficult to install.
