I've been experiencing an issue with my turn signal lights on my 2002 Accord. When I go to turn right and put my blinker on, neither the dash cluster indicator nor the actual exterior lights turn on, but the clicking sound is quick. After a few moments, the dash cluster lights and the exterior lights will start to blink, and the clicking sound will slow down to normal speed. It first started with my right-turn signal, and it now happens a little bit with the left signal.

All of the lights seem to turn on, so I'm assuming that this is just a connection issue somewhere. The issue is worse the colder it gets, but after I've used the signal a few times, it isn't as bad. If I drive for a while before using it again, it is more likely to happen.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Turn signal relay/fuse? Like $20 bucks at autozone if it is that
