No it a b18b non vtec and weird thing is the car start up and go to 2rpm and down and go back up and then die

 

Well you've got a 1.6L SOHC VTEC ECU powering a 1.8L DOHC nonVTEC. I'm not saying it's your only problem but it's probably not helping. What would happen if you put a rabbit brain in a dog body. Nothing good.
