HELP!!!!!!!!
I have a 2002 Honda Accord Ex v6 with 212,000 highway miles. My check engine light came on a few months ago along with my tcs light. I took it to a mechanic who said I have all 1-6 cylinder misfires. He cleaned my injectors and replaced all spark plugs for $220 ( rip off I know). Three days later my check engine and tcs lights came on again. So I hooked it up to the code reader which read back cylinder 4 misfire. I then replaced the cylinder 4 ignition coil. Still no luck when I start my car it bogs out like I'm running out of gas (which I'm not). I took the car to the Honda dealership paid $85 for them to suggest a valve adjustment and then they will check the car again. They pulled engine fault codes po300-p0306 and random cylinder misfire. I'm running out of time my tags expired in December and I need a smog to get my sticker. Any suggestions where I go from here?

Of course the dealership recommends a valve adjustment (wouldn't hurt though) that's bookoo bucks for them to year the heads off an engine. I would tear it down myself and take the heads to a machine shop. Save yourself some money.

Do you have your last emissions test report?
Was your NOx creeping up? A misfire can be caused by a lean condition, if the EGR system has never been cleaned it may just be time to clean it out, if this is the case then there isn't a problem with the ignition system. It may simply be an issue with the EGR system not flowing enough, which then can cause a misfire.
