I just driving on the freeway when suddenly the car shook and after that I couldnt go pass 30mph. I did search and found that the p1157 iat sensor, the p2646 is the valve timing oil switch, and the p0420 is the cat.

Is it possible for all of those to go bad? The cat itself is around 700 bucks (I live in ca). Any thoughts?

 

First of all check your oil level. If it is ok. Then replace VTEC pressure switch clear codes and see what happens.
