Default Information on Spoon ecu P73

Hey all, can someone either send me links where I can find information on this ecu, or tell me how it works, what performance enhancements it gives etc, I have a guy trying to sell me one and he says it'll boost performances on my stock itr obd2.

But I have no idea what this is. So I want to do some research on this product before I buy it. He is asking 450 dollars for it. Everything online I find just gives me basic product information on how it will boost performance but its more consumer selling based than technical in depth information.

Thanks!

If it is a real Spoon tuned ECU, they are tuned specifically for the engine it was running. Same as buying any Crome or Hondata chipped ECU that was tuned for a certain engine setup. It won't run to it's full potential in any other car. Only way it would be really beneficial would be if it is tuned again. Not too many people tuning spoon hardware in the US. Better off spending your money on a chipped USDM ECU with a blank chip and have it tuned properly.

If it is just one of those generic Spoon chips. It would be just like buying a basemaped chip and thinking you are getting something that is a plus. When all it is, is a conservative tune with extra fuel and timing added in. No real power gains and definitely no economic gains.
