Default Ecu?

im trying to find a spoon ecu or any suggestions on ecus and i dont want a chip. the cars got a itr engine and i cant find a spoon ecu. if you know of any places that sell them that would be great

sorry, its a 2000 si with the itr engine in it so it would need to be obd2

Um ... how do you think spoon ecu's work?

They have a programed chip.

Get a chipped ecu. Don't be a tard and buy a $1000 ecu ... buy one for $150 and have a decent street tune, not an endurance race tune.

what kind of car obd1 or obd2? why does it have to be a SPOON chip??

your not going to find a legit spoon chip.. you could always have it sent overnight from japan

Buy a chipped ecu and take him to a dyno. That would be a better present.

No, just makes you run rich.

The only way a chipped ecu is going to help is if it is tuned to your specific set-up.
