Default 96 Civic No power to Driver Window and Blower Switch?

Ok I just bought a 96 Civic EX 2 door, and both windows wont go up a down and the Blower motor wont turn on. So I tore it all apart today and started tested power sources. So far I'm getting no power to the Driver side door except the Lock button. I do have power to the passenger door but it doesn't work. Now the blower motor is really stumping me cause everything in the center AC/Heat controls works except the Fan Switch(1,2,3,4 settings) I'm not getting any power to the switch but down by the actually blower motor under the glove box it has power? Oh and all the fuses are good and are all getting power? I'm stumped if anyone has any imput please let me know.

I'm hoping that maybe these two problems have to do with each other, if not I just really need the blower motor to work cause its cold outside and I need the heat to work.

Already did that all are good. Actually something very strange was the only fuse in the whole car that was blown was the Sunroof and Power Lock fuse under the dash and those 2 things worked LOL! I did replace it anyways...

What did you find when you voltage tested those specific fuses?

That the fuse box is getting and sending the correct voltage to everything. I figured out the door problem, took the driver door off and the main plug going into the door had more then half the wires broken off of it. But I don't think any of that has to do with getting power to my Blower fan switch does it???

Ok so I fixed the door problem, now the blower motor is *ucking pissing me off. I have a donor car that I so far swaped out the, switch, blower motor, relay, and resistor that I know all work for a fact and I still can't get the blower motor to turn on at all. I'm getting power to the switch and to the blower motor????? So if an of you can figure that one out let me know!!!!

Did you measure battery voltage on both top test tabs? Please answer the specific question.

Yep. Finally figured it out there was a short in the plug going to the blower motor, figured it out by mistakenly bumping it.
