My car is a red Honda Prelude 2.0 SI DOHC. its from 1988. No rust, no damage all original parts on it.

it currently has 59,996 kms on it. this thing is literally a baby. has been kept in a garage for 25 years.

I'm looking to make it faster. Not ridiculously fast because i don't race.

-What can i do to this car to increase speed (taking rear seats out is not an option, and all other excess weight has been removed).

This car has also NEVER seen snow and has only seen rain a few times.

i love the car, just need some pointers on what could increase HP and Torque.

all opinions are accepted!

Just search and read on what others have done with their cars. You can go from the mild intake and exhaust to free up airflow, to wild with engine swaps, turbos, nitrous etc.

The 3rd gen is already a great handling car, but some springs and/ or sway bars, some better wheels/ sticky tires, maybe more aggressive brake pads if desired?

All depends what your wishes are for the car, and what you want to use it for.

Personally, if I had a stock 3rd gen with such low mileage, I would keep it clean and simple, and maintain it that way for the years to come!
