Post S2 TB has not FITV. cause of idle not going down ?

Car is a 94 GSR with full bolt ons+chipped ecu. my problem is i installed a 70mm S2 TB+IM and my idle won't go down now(like when the engine is at operating temp it goes to 750-800 rpm) i have to manualy turn it down by messing with the bolts on the throttle cable. anyone else have simmiler issues with S2 TB's. notcied it gets rid of the FITV also. this is really starting to bug me i've been trying to fix it for several days now.

i ment that is what it should be. it stay at 1.7K even when the engine is at op temp ! so i have to manualy bring it down with the throttle cable bolts(even then i can only get it down to 900rpm on a good day). this deffenetly is not right the only thing i can think that could cause this is the fitv is no longer on the TB(no place to mount it)

What is this throttle cable bolt you speak of? Not the first time I've heard of this type of issue with a Skank2 tb. Do you know how to set the idle? FITV isn't your problem.

theres two that hold the cable to/on the bracket so to say. no known vacum leaks but im going to double check tomorrow. as for setting idle i tried setting the tps but my multimeter won't read the wires. seared for full write up on how to set idle but not much comes up.

turns out there is a vacum leak between the TB and the IM(lose bolts). only thing is the bolts used are "socket head cap screws" and i lost 2 of the 4. will need to take a trip to a hardware store. to get thses bolts/things
