Default PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

when i make a left or right turn my steering wheel is hard to turn and the steering wheel doesn't rotate back. also when i'm driving its hard to turn the wheel and i feel as if the wheels doesn't respond the the steering wheel.

ANY SUGGESTIONS

Car? Tie rods ends are my first guess.

+1 on the tie rods.. that was the culprit for same symptoms on my dc2..

Failed power steering pump or belt. That's IF your LeBaron has PS.

Does your car have PS? Make sure the PS fluid level is good.

If the car does have PS try this:
Start the car and leave in park, turn the steering wheel to full right/left. Should be smooth. If it seems to stick or get hard, there could be air in the system. If so turn the steering wheel to full right/left several more times.
