Default EM1 Seat Height Adjustment

Long story short, I own a 2000 Si (milano red, 74,000 miles) and need to subtract some height from the current seating position in order to sit up straight without hitting my head. I am hoping to drop the current height by about 2-3 inches and was wondering two things. First, are there any brackets out there that reduce the seating position height, and two, do Recaro/Bride buckets tend to sit any lower than stock seats? Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for STRICTLY ride seat height and don't really care what seats s2k seats sit REALLY low. I'm not a big fan of them but my cousin had them in his eg hatch(Really small inside lol) and it cleared up HELLA room and i could sit in them which great amount of clearance(i'm 6' - 6'1") recaro's and brides sit pretty low though.

The solution is simple.....

pick up a set of DC Integra seats....they are:

- more comfortable
- more supportive
- great fit into a civic
- sit 1 1/2-2 inches lower than EK seats

I would like to, do you happen to know how much lower they sit than stock seats?

Del Sol seats feel like you're on the floor.

If you get Recaro(s) the OEM CTR / ITR sits a little high vs aftermaket seat brackets. I had both and I prefer the aftermarket ones.

I'm 6'1", I imagine I need about 2 inches so that I can fit on a helmet during autox events. I will look into the ERGA III's, thanks for your help.
