Passenger side door lock not working!
I expect you are dealing with power locks in this case - could be the actuator itself, but be sure to check the wiring to the door first. With the door open you will see a rubber boot which covers the wire harness feeding the door circuit - quite often the power supply wire will work-harden & break, usually right in that area - just pull the grommet carefully out of the door and work it back along the harness, check the wires individually for breaks & repair as required. Hope this helps!

i did a search on google and almost every result pointed to the door lock actuator.... so yea. i've also fixed plenty of these as well and i just happen to think it is the actuator as well. you can do it yourself but it's sort of a b*tch so you might just wanna take it somewhere.... unless you have slimmer hands and not meat hooks for fingers.
It's pretty easy to do, mine didn't work also I got tired of opening the door for my wife
so I did some troubleshooting I took off the actuator from the none working door and placed it in the working wiring to see if it's the actuator or the wiring I left everything open because if it's the actuator I just buy it and install it luckily it was the actuator so I just replaced it. Before I knew about this awesome website I just searched YouTube how to replace actuator.

If it is a power door, yes the actuator usually to blame, but also what is known as a "preacher" clip in the industry, that connects the rods to the actuator could have popped loose. The clips is a easy visual check, if its not that check for power when the unlock/lock button is pushed, simple if it is getting switched power and not unlocking the door not hense "energizing" the actuator it is bad.
I actually made a short video about the door harness issue that some honda's have. I know I'm jumping in a little late to the discussion but I figured I'd atleast link it for you anyway. Here is the video
