Help with lower timing gear.

Help with lower timing gear.
So Im going to replace the crank seal,BS seal, oil pump seal. I'm having trouble removing the timing gear of the crank the one for the main timing belt not the on for the BS. Is the a special way to remove that gear on the f22's it usually slides right out. Thanks for all the helps guys.
