EK power window Switch into EG?
Hello,
I was wondering if any of you attempted the swap an EK Power Window switches (master and passenger) to EG? I'm in the middle of buying these switches, however the price is a big difference. For some reason EG switches are higher and EK switches a lot newer and nicer in my opinion.
All help will be appreciated

The motors are specifically designed to fit in the factory location of the vehicle, without compromising the drivability or integrity of the chassis. With the placement of the motor further towards the firewall, it allows for the straightest possible axle setup with minimul binding and breakage.
OP, you can try; I don't know if anyone's done it. Just make sure you have the pin-out correct for each function. Fitment might be a problem. Post back here with your results.

Yes, you could be very wrong. It might "plug", but not "play". Meaning, the connector will fit but the pin locations and their function might be all different. You need to check the 6th Gen manual.
