Default EK power window Switch into EG?

Hello,

I was wondering if any of you attempted the swap an EK Power Window switches (master and passenger) to EG? I'm in the middle of buying these switches, however the price is a big difference. For some reason EG switches are higher and EK switches a lot newer and nicer in my opinion.

All help will be appreciated

^^ Whut??

OP, you can try; I don't know if anyone's done it. Just make sure you have the pin-out correct for each function. Fitment might be a problem. Post back here with your results.

How is this even remotely related to post #1?

Here is the pictures of EG and EK:

1. EG Power Window Switch

2. EK Power Window Switch

To me it looks like its Plug n Play, but I could be wrong.

It looks as though you would have to modify the door handle to fit the EK controls.

Yes, you could be very wrong. It might "plug", but not "play". Meaning, the connector will fit but the pin locations and their function might be all different. You need to check the 6th Gen manual.
