Default What MSD distributor cap do I use 98 Integra LS?

When looking at caps for Integras all I see is 92-97. What changed in 98-01, and is a cap still necessary or is it done differently? I want to use a MSD 6BTM and a Blaster 2 coil, what do I need to modify/purchase to drop these items into my Integra?

Anyone?

I've checked http://www.msdignition.com/pdf/6series.pdf , and on page 21 it shows Honda. However it says "Note: MSD offers a Power Cap to convert your internal coil to to external coil for most popular models." So which power cap do I use? The ones I've seen are for a 92-97..is there a difference with my igntion system that makes this cap incompatible?
