Default Possible bad throwout bearing

I've got a 2002 Honda Civic EX. When it's in gear I can hear a scraping noise and at low speeds it almost feels like something is scraping the ground lightly and slowing the car down like a brake or something. It goes away when I press the clutch pedal down and when I press the gas it's either gone or I can't hear it or feel it. When the car is in neutral it is also gone whether or not I'm pressing on the clutch. I've heard that it could be an input shaft bearing or throwout bearing. Which one does it sound more like and if it is either one of these, how long do you think the car can drive before needing to replace it? I'm considering just driving it for two months until I get my other car fixed and selling it to a cash for clunkers place. Do you think a car could last for a good two or three months in this condition?

Edit: The main reason I'm considering getting rid of it is because it was in a crash and the back left door is banged up. I got it on short notice because my other car broke down on me and I needed something to drive immediately while I get my current car fixed.

After further research it looks like it may be the input shaft bearing. Again, Do you think It'd be safe to wait a few months with a bad ISB and then sell it to a cash for clunkers place? I'd only be commuting to work which in about half a month from now should only be 6 or 7 miles both ways. I'd also consider selling it to a mechanic who knows what they're doing but they would also have to deal with getting the door fixed and a few other minor dents. I'm not willing to put the money or the work into this car because it was junk when I bought it.

keep the car!!!! its not a clunker. the input shaft bearing shouldnt really slow the car down like you said. so that has me wondering if it's something else in the transmission. i would have someone pull the trans and take a look at it if i had that problem. where are you located?

Tampa FL. The car was in a crash before I got it and I'm wondering if it has something to do with the parking break. I had the regular break pads changed out already. The back left bumper also scrapes the wheel on right turns and when going over a hill.
