Are you having issues with the collector itself or trying to get the collector to fit around a T4 and T3 flange?

If it's the latter, some cold working with a hammer and some sculpting will be involed, or you can just put it on there and port it to match.

rather than wasting a bunch of expensive sch10 or 40, just buy one already tacked together from Verocious

my collectors lines up really nice the problem is making it fit around the t3 and t4 opening in the flange. Its like it needs to be more square or rectangle for t4. I have cut them at 11.5 deg and up to about 16* or so i know the tighter the cut the squarer the collector and more of and angle will make it more round. these and all being cut using 4'' pieces. thanks for the help

That-Guy ordering a premade one takes the fun out of fabrication work thats like saying why not have a robot weld it cause im not consistent enough lol

edit- took some pics
t4 flange

T3 flange not that bad

i understand that...besides, their collectors are only tacked so you can fully weld them yourself...anyways, can you cut more off the bottom, or is the point of intersection in the center of the collector too close as it is? most of the time you just need to cut off the excess until it is slightly larger than the opening of the turbo flange

from what i see, you built your collector properly for a T3, but you need to use 2 different angled cuts for a T4 to make more of a rectangle at the base of the collector

Ya I agree with the t3 one just needs trimmed down and it would line up pretty good but it still kinda runs into the flange blocking air flow to turbo I can port some but don't want have to port a lot off the flange. Ok back to the t4 I've tried different angles but what do u mean by 2 different angles?? I'm going to try and say what I think u mean bear with me.

Ok so there's 2 cuts on each pipe 90 or so apart so your saying make the ghost cut then rotate 90 or so and change the angle from let's say 11*for the frist cut to 15* and make second cut and do that on all 4?? Or Ian I just making crazy crap up lol thanks again

all 4 of the individual tubes cant have equal cuts on both sides..... the first cut needs to have less taken away from it vs the second cut on 2 of them and visa versa on the other 2 so they are a mirror image of each other. i can do it but its a pita so i oustource for my collectors now... its just easier. i buy them tacked, mount the flange how i need it and do all the welding myself. no shame there imo.
