Default Stock b16a2 Misshift to 10-14k won't turn over

Hey guys, I recently blew up my EM1 racing a JDM Integra SiR.. missed 4th..
My mechanic was saying that there was coolant in my cylinders, and i'm curious if that could cause hydro-lock from a blown head gasket? Now I realize it could be a number of subsequent problems ie bend rod etc. There is coolant coming from my head, so if i blew a head gasket could that cause it aswell?

I plan on taking it apart to asses and see if I can rebuild it, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Start with cylinder compression and leak down tests. Then go from there.

Or are you saying the engine won't even crank because it is seized?
