stage 1 cam question

stage 1 cam question
okay i have a d16z6 i wanna put a cam in it. i was wondering if i was to put say a blox racing stage 1 cam in it would i need to change valves, springs and retainers or would i be safe with stock. and would i see any difference in performance?
