Default Super Low for Good Price?

I want to go as low as possible, what is the best coilover set up to just go low.
I dont care about how the ride is, I drove a Race Prepped 2.3L Ford Focus as a daily for the last few years and loved it, so I dont mine know that bumps hurt the car as much as they hurt my ***/back :D

oh and its a 97 Civic Sedan.

Remove shocks from car.
Remove springs from shocks, leave bumpstops.
Reinstall shocks.
As low as possible achieved, no money spent.

I'd take the tires off the rims, too. You kill two birds with one stone -- the car is lower cause the rim is right on the ground, and there's more room to lower the suspension because there's more room for the wheel to fit under the fender. Plus if you're riding on bumpstops you won't really notice that the ride is a little worse.
