So yesterday i just got done swapping a b16a2 in my 98 civic hatch, cx model ( which is the first swap I ever did in my whole life )
I plugged up everything but when I try to start it it sounds like the starter isn't catching on the flywheel, and the starter and flywheel is brand new.
I'm running on a p28 ecu with obd2 to obd1 jumper harness

what should i do?
can anyone give me any advice to make it start?
I'll really appreciate it.

 

are your grounds secure? battery fully charged?

 

Check the G3 transmission ground. You have forgotten to connect it to the transmission or chassis.
