Default Unusual Engine Noise?

Heya fellas,

Recently I've been hearing what I think is an unusual noise coming from my y7 motor. I recorded a vid for you guys.

[I started the vid right as the fan came on 8 seconds in. The grinding that you hear as soon as the video starts and hear again at 14 seconds and throughout the video is NOT my car, it's a neighbor using a saw on his wheel? Idk.

I know our motors are normally loud, usually because of the noisy injectors. But it sounded like when I came close to the head 5 seconds in, that's where the noise is coming from. Let me know what you guys think.
