I have these codes popping up on my 97 Honda Accord and the plugs and wires were replaced as of August 2012. The wires were again replaced this past week, when one of them was found broken on cylinder 4.

The codes:
0303 Cylinder 3 misfire
0304 Cylinder 4 misfire
0300 random/multiple misfire detected
1399 Manufactures control ignition system OR misfire

These were the codes that came up originally when I began to drive quite a bit more, so we replaced the spark wires with brand new ones, and it sounded better running in the engine, but the lights have been coming on and flashing again.
