I've had a few Del Sols pass through my hands over the years, but I'm not nearly as familiar with them as I am some of the other Honda models. I just picked up a 94 VTEC model (bone stock w/ 47k original miles!!), and it has a black gradient Honda vinyl decal along the bottom of both sides of the car- fenders, doors, & quarters.

I'm typically not a big fan of stuff like this, but I'm hesitant to remove it since I don't know how long its been on there, and what the paint shade difference may be. I don't think it looks too bad, and I plan to leave it on there, but I'm curious to know if this was a dealer-installed option, or if its just a random aftermarket decal. Any insight will be appreciated. Thanks!

Pretty sure thats aftermarket. Haven't seen any stock sol's with that yet.

 

Those are aftremarket and the paint looks like a respray.... ?
Just peel those off.
