I recently had some sputtering at low RPMs in 1st and 2nd gear. Mainly at stop signs, street lights etc. I also saw that a little smoke was coming from the Endyn breather kit. I have a gsr motor with about 15k miles on it. Trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Anyone had a similar issue?

 

98% chance you have cylinder seal issues, that's rings, valves etc.

do a cylinder leakdown test when you can. very strong chance one or more cylinders test like ****

you can do a 1 minute vacuum test of manifold vacuum today and see if there is any flutter. if the gauge flutters you have issues. get your vacuum gauge and tap a line, see what you get. a healthy vtec engine should have north of 20" of vacuum that's stable. if that needle is doing the flutter it's showing you the low cylinder
