Default Wiper Motor Wiring Question

I need help asap! I bought a 97 civic ex that was built and wire tucked. Problem is my windshield wipers wont come on. I took everything apart and there was no wire harness going into the wiper motor. If somebody could help me in any way find out where the wires could be or a diagram so I could wire a new harness in that would be very helpful thank you.

The diagram below shows the wire colors that pin to each numbered connector position for the motor.

In the diagram in post #4, there's a box labeled windshield wiper motor. From the box extends lines (wires) labeled 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. If you follow each numbered line, it is labeled with a wire color. For example, 1 leads to Blu/Yel. The numbers around the box are the same as those in the connector circled in the diagram of post #2. From this, you know the wire color that pins to each of the five positions of the motor connector.

I know the color of the wires but I don't see those colors to hook them up to in my fender well or under the dash

A zoomed out view of the circuit diagram may help. For example, you can tell that the Grn/Blk power wire at pin #4 of the motor connector comes from 20A fuse 26 of the dash fuse box. And the Blu/Wht wire at pin #5 of the motor connector comes from integrated control unit plugged into the rear of the dash fuse box. Etc.

That does help thank you. So all the wires aren't gonna be going through the firewall in the fender?

These diagrams should help. The motor connector (C301) is on the left branch of the main wire harness. Its wires run to the dash fuse box, integrated control unit, wiper switch, or G401.

Who said it would be simple...haha?

The diagrams in my last post appear to show that the wire harness for the wiper motor drops down from the cowl area, merges with the main wire harness, and then passes through the firewall to behind the dash, where the wiper motor wires branch to the various locations I mentioned.

If you get stumped, just post specific questions.

Both go to the wiper switch on the steering column -- pin 1 (Blu wire) and pin 2 (Blu/Yel wire) in the 8-pin switch connector:
