Default rear upper trailing arm bushing problem

So I installed the rear trailing arm upper bushing with ball joint. Basically when I lowered my car my tire is tilted outward dramatically. The Honda service manual said to make marks at a right angle point and to align it with the top of the trailing arm. Also does the angle of the piece point downward or upward. I already moved the adjusting bolt at the end of the trailing am with no success.. someone please help, thanks
