PM7 is an OBD0 ECU.

It's not that simple.

The Obd1 Dizzy uses an OBD1 plug with the cam sensors built in like the rest of the honda dizzys without the external cam sensor on the exhaust side. The easiest route and least expensive way is to buy the OBD1 dizzy, chop the end of the wires and wire it back up to your obd0 wires since you already have a PM7 ecu. You then leave the external cam sensor unplugged since the wiring for it will now be used inside the obd1 dizzy.

The second route which could be more expensive is to use an OBD1 to OBD0 converter for the ECU and an OBD1 to OBD0 Dizzy adapter and a chipped P28 ECU running off PM7 Base maps. But why the heck would you want to do all this?

The last FINAL route is to get an OEM OBD0 distributor that was made for the ZC which costs around $125 and here i'll even spoon feed you part #TD03U off an 88-89 Integra 1.6L DOHC

the proper obd1 ecu is a p29, but its not easy to find. the easiest thing to do is get the distributor that matches your ecu and drive away.

That won't work.
The pulses that any OBD1 distributor sends out is not compatible with any OBD0 ECU.

so what generation are the EDM ZC from 85-87?
How about the brown top zc from 86-87?
or the black top from the integra si?
then you got the 87-91 blacktop zc found in the ef3 ef7 da1
and then there was also an obd1 from 92-94 mostly found in the eg5

each engine is distinct....so which one is gen 1 again?

Incorrect, the ZC engine comes in various forms, which leads to tons of confusion
