Just done a type r swap in my ek hatch
got a chipped p28 with itr map on it
problem is the idle hunts from 1000-1500
All the vaccum lines have been plugged up
02 and knock sensor have been disabled.

 

IACV, is it hooked up? is the coolant system properly bled?

With the car running, take your intake pipe off and look into the throttle body, there are 2 holes before the plate... on the left. Cover the top one with your finger and see if your idle goes down and doesn't surge. If it runs fine while the hole is plugged, your IACV is either bad, dirty, or not getting coolant to it.

 

Yup iacv is cleaned with carb cleaner.
Will bleed it again doe.
