Default Notorious problem

I have an irradic idle. First off, it all started after I swapped a stock p28 for a chippped p28. So after about a week I replaced my chipped for the same stock p28 and same problem. When I first start my car, it jumps to around 3k and sits there until my engine gets warm. After that, it begins the gay cycle. It jumps from 1000-1700. I've replaced my map sensor, IACV, and I dont have a FITV. Now heres the thing, when I pull my IACV my engine drops to 200 rpms and stays there. I replaced my IACV from napa but I've heard of a couple of cases where people get one from honda and fixes their idle. What do you guys think it could possibly be?
