11K would be a good starting point. If it wasn't molested, with all Original parts, I'd say 13K would be fair...

Missing tweeters, front strut tower bar, intake, lip kit, shift ****, shift boot, CF trim, etc.

 

Your best bet is to trash that lip kit, put all the stock oem parts back on then car.
Would be worth 11-12k tops
