F20b CL issues

F20b CL issues
Hey guys,
Just finished swapping a f20b into my CL (f23a1). My problem is that I'm not getting any power to the distributor from the IG2 wire (salmon pink on the dizzy & yellow on the main harness) & barely getting power to the ICM (yellow/green wire) which is causing no spark. Everything else going into the dizzy is getting full power.
Grounds are good, fuses are good, ecu good (stock f23a1), main relay is brand new.
I'm stumped, thinking its a ground but they all check out unless I'm missing one.
