Just got done putting a few more miles on my new motor build and figured I'd post my build log.

-CP 9:5.1 pistons, GSR crank, main/rod bearings, and thrust washers.
-GSR transmission with ITR LSD ready to be installed.
-Shiny pistons
-Old blown up b18c about to get 84mm GE sleeves.
-While the block was off getting sleeved, I started on my engine harness. The idea is to remove unused wires, repairing old plugs, and re-loom + heatshrink the harness.
-Another view
-Sandblasted my valve cover. It was previously powdercoated a teal green, rocked it like that for 3-4 years, time for something new.
-Finished up my wiring harness
-Valve cover came back from power coat... wow a bit too bling/candy at first glance but its growing on me.
-Block came back

 

Mocked up the motor and turbo manifold (just got it back from thermal coating)

My downpipe and dumptube got thermal coated as well. I did the exhaust housing on the turbo, not pictured.

Turbo -- not really the newest and greatest but it works well. SC6152E. Thermal coated exhaust housing.

 

Forgot about this -- they powercoated my ecu lid too lol
